Refunds and exchanges

We totally appreciate that you may change your mind on purchases no worries at alI! We offer a free refund, exchange or credit note on orders within 14 days of the purchase.

What we'll need from you:

- your order number
- details of the goods you intend to return
- preferred/appropriate reimbursement (refund or exchange)

A few bits:

- Please ensure that the item is adequately packaged before sending 

- I am afraid we are not able to cover the delivery costs of returns, unless your goods are damaged or faulty.
